Producing race ready body is vital.
When we got emergency or last minute call for a race, with a proper trainings, we able to run any time and any day.
Here my schedule, commencing january, unless got sick or interrupted by job works.
Monday. 10k farmhouse, or 15 bike, or mikrowave 3 laps.
Tue. Rest
Wed. Swim 1 hour or min. 10laps, Nite 5k run.
Thursday. Ride 33k or swim.
Friday. Ride 33, swim, badminton easy session, farmhouse 10k .( choose 2) morning and evening.
Saturday. Ride 33 Or hard 6km x2, swim, run 10k, football. (Choose 1 or 2 depend on condition of my kid or wife)
Sunday. Farm house, swim or badminton hard.
Rest day can be suited with necessity.
Gym is optional when needed. Usually once per month after march, when my membership ends.
