Kinesiology tape. A placebo?

Kinesiology tape had been used by me occasionally throughout 4 years of running, football and badminton. If you ask me personally, i would like to say, it does not help in increasing the performance.

Famously known after Italian Mario Balotelli used in World Cup, it widely used in Olympic games after that.

My first tape was Kinesio Gold tape. Rm 80 per roll of 5 meters. It black in color. Then find cheaper one, also black color. Rm 39 per roll from internet. Both made using cotton. The cheaper peeled easily after two hours of using.

Then bought actitape at singapore. Brown, rm 50 per roll and apacs rm 18 per roll. Hanif, a KSR member then introduce me korean BB tape at rm 50 per tape. Orange color.

Now i am using KT tape, rm 79 per roll, red and black colors. Synthethic made it hard to peel. More than 5 days using still intact. Got reflective character.

The main use is to hold muscle from overly stretch that led to injuries.

But if u are budget savvy person, dont use. Buy kraftfit tight instead. A compression wear that have kinesiology characteristics.
