Badminton 'training'

Last nite was fatal. Blur n i suppose to hit 5k speed works at jalan Jaya. But hell. Rose never comes without thorns. Beautiful never come without price.

There were 7 checkpoints in 1 km hilly loop that 'volunteered' by Smaugs. I mean dogs. Fierce dogs.

In the end, we end our training at 12.20 am after 55 mins session. Were planned to complete at 1.30 am, at least.

Then come friday morning plan of badminton. This mengkibol team is a 2 stars team, a rating by me.

But the enjoy thing is, you able to try skills and produce errors without guilty. My badminton team, a 3.5 stars team, also rating by me, have more pressure to play with. U cant try new thing. But play for win each time.

Happy because able to beat thr school reps that train together at 18-21, 21-14, 21-19, in a close game. Burn that kids ego. Wakaka.

Plan to nusajaya this evening, as throwback of nusajaya tri.
