Mr B learn to rock

I failed to improve my speed to better pace when using variable speed in running. Slow, Fast, very slow and fast again show noobness of my heart in controlling speed of my leg.

Lacksture in oxygen made my face turn into red devil after running.

Then, Mr B and i headed to George Clooney`s house. Not aged music-maestro was taught Mr. B the Melly and German March technique in the music language which i dont understand. I just said 'ok' and 'o yeah' during the process.
