Running is magic. We could feel the electric of aura out of our body after every runs. Blood flow rapidly to our brain in every run.Running is not just a myth or old-school fashion of training. On a treadmill or in nature, run not just an inexpensive activity but also priceless in value.
However, we need to increase the distance after each session, because our body will adjust with the distance and the initial distance become meaningless to the stamina after 2-3 times of the same-type-of-tempo running.
