Sleep is vital

Sleep is very vital for our stamina. Brain needs oxygen as well as your body parts. Lacksture of sleep will make us lack of stamina. Excessive of the  collective lactic acid just made us tired. This, of course made us easy to emo, easy to complain, and our heart beats will turn into the cows one.

A person who practise healthy lifestyle can be considered as a person who could run high performance activities without significance tiredness per day. 

Lacksture of stamina made us run like cow, fail to finish the jogging track, chest-pain, and lack of real life socials.

Stamina also can be said have a very strong social relationship with emotion. A Psycho tends to live at nite and sleep on days, and woke up in frustration.

I dont think you have even 3% of chinok's fitness. Main reason is you smoke so much and also eat McD so much... This is the habit of a fatty nooby niib... Please stop annoying me with your noob fitness tips...

You are the one with big ego if you think ur fitness is so good. How can a fatboy give fitness tip to a guy who is less fatter than him. Common sense plz...
