Running is for everyone. Running make us energetic. Not only burning fat or train to win a tournament, running is just essential.
I believe running can help our heart. Increase it`s lifespan and at the same time increase the our energy.
The last Mike`s father is an inspiration for me. He died because of heart failure. I believe he sending me a message in how importance the heart is. I sad because i cannot afford to visit him at his last breath because of my business in Kedah and JB.
A long long time ago, my motivation is maybe a girl. Then i ran. Then the motives of running change. To decrease my weight. The motives then continued to changing. And finally i met the real motive of running. To love myself. To love my heart. And i still running.
I feel that no matter how fat i`m or how cannot-be-a-rolemodel i am, i will continue promoting running and sports as healthy lifestyle. I also will critic anybody that just spend most of their lifetime sitting in front of PC until their dead. LOL. Just because i want they stay alive longer.

Better swimming than running. Running will give bad impact to your leg. Ask my father (pro) about it, noob...
