Increasing bodyweight and bodyfat percent a little bit annoying but recently i can
- Make crossings, beat defenders in KTM football match that well known as quick pace and tremendous speed. And asked by teammates to be a midfielder instead of defender.
- run 5 kilo metres in 35 minutes without short of breath rather than 5km-42mins-want to die breathings
- New balance and control of mind during badminton trainings.
Sadly, cant enter McD Olympic Day Run 2009 due to technical errors.
