Summary What happen in 30 days

In 30 days, i slow my training in gym and joining KTM team in football. Training 30 minutes per session per day seems not enough for me. But i enjoy the game and selected for first elevent in Putra FC game. Debut seems well for me for first 15 minutes, made on target try inside the box before being hard tackled from behind and suffered sprained ankle. I never fit after that tragedy.

I failed to recover my ankle and never can walk normally since then. I went to Langkawi with injury and cant enjoy my vacation.

Then, I had high fever and out-of-form for a week. Luckily, on the third day i fever, my action research was announced to be the best ten and i will present that on 19 and 20th august.

For few days later, i return in training with KTM. I am not fit. Haunted by sprain ankle and shin splint, i never can run like Tevez like before. Speed, Stamina, Tricky Shots, That was my strength before seems lost.

I need to gain my stamina as soon as possible.
