Public Enemy No. 1

Injury is my enemy no.1. I hate injury. Hamstring, muscle pull, sprain ankle are types of injury that i had experience once and hate most.

Right now, shin splints haunted me. When i try to run like Watson Nyambek (not Emma Watson) in a game, my shin got sore. Dont blame me for not stretching coz i did that 10 mins before game.

Do you know how the pain feel? Speechless. It`s like your body not belong to you. The muscle dont listen to your order. It contracts whenever it like. and it against your order and painful.

Here few basic injury that you could experience if you fail to stretch, following my experience

Football: Shin splints, sprain ankle, hamstring ( attack most striker)

Taekwondo: Sprain ankle, muscle pull

Running: Hamstring, Gastroknemius pull ( calf contract), shin splint

Basketball: Shin splint, patella injury

Beware of injury. Please stretching. Luckily i never experience achilles and ACL injury. I heard that is terrible.

Rafa Nadal with custom made Nike shoes oso have knee tendititis, Jon Noob of coz ler injured.

I think you should be like Berbatov, make intelligent runs. Football is not 100m sprint.

And also I heard that body weight causes strain on your leg. So plz don't eat McD 3am in the morning and expect not to get injured.. :D

intelligent run only relevant to a powerful team that had strong mf.
