Had a beautiful say today. Started an LDP with colleagues for two hours from 12.30pm. Then after solat made a marshalling for 10km with my KHS.
Took SD and MD at 4pm. Layan until mama went home at 650pm.
Happy hours with family before had 10 to 1200 am badminton session.
