Good beginning of the week.

Done 30 mins good quality run on treadmill at 4.4km.

Weight training. Dumbell pull at 25kg. Squat train at 35kg. Medium reps. Ended after 1 hour.

Nite badminton. Hard. Played with elite at ping ming. Losses 5 won 1 set.

Magrib jalan2 with family. Grabbed adidas perfumery and deodorant.

End day with 2 glasses of lime tea with Q. He need to wake.
