Monday. 15k easyride and 40 mins swim

After heavy badminton training with the elites yesterday, my body felt sore and in conjunction with school activity, I chose a lighter exercise.

1. 15k easy ride. MTB. Hotsun.
2.  40 mins swim session. Nonstop.

Consumption.
1. Binun egg  400kcal
2. Rice fish.    450kcal
3. Rice vege.   400kcal
4. Jemput.       250 kcal
5. Danish meal with masimo  750kcal
Total 2250 kcal .

Burnt around 550kcal
