The down days. The plateau.

Flashback sunday, only manage to use nett calories of 400+. Excellent. Strenous activity was good.

But monday and tuesday cost me my body. Tired. And consuming extra 1500kcal for both days.

Quadricep was in pain. Shoulders too. Slept early for both days. Houseworks postponed.

My life not in balance afterall.

Planning new strategy. Was happy to see 89.5kg at sunday. But now back to 92.1kg.
I know i can do well and rise. But recovery also inevitable process.

Not happy with my life afterall. Depressed. Yesterday 1 hour weight training also considered bad move for me. That activity costs me my pain and aches.
