Swimming 40"

Ask Blur n Q to run but koko stopped late.

Heel (right) also got aches here and there.

So. Less impact activity will do.

First 30" moderate.

Last 10" sprint across pool 4 times.  And cool down.

JDT MUST WIN TONITE. PRAY AND HOPE WITH ALL SOUTHERN TIGERS.
