Susahnya training harini!

Fullday busy, tapi bila check foodlog, exceed by 480 kcal.

850pm to 1105pm STK badminton high intensity. 4 game yang susah.

1120pm ke 1225 am. SJM badminton, intensity medium- lite. 4 sets.

Total 180 mins tapi on court sekitar 120 minit je kira on game.

Lesu sampai boleh pingsan woo.
