4th dec was my last training. 13th december was the 10k race. I did in fancy suit in 1 hour 13 mins in fever and sleepy after staying overnite. Taurine had stabbed my heart in 3rd km.
Today. In 17th december my spell ended.
I celebrate with simple 35 mins nonstop swim.
But in between and before quite something. It was not torturing. I happy as stpm chemistry marker and chief invigilator of stpm. But i had to shackled myself with responsibility and give my 100 percent.
In return, i had to gave up long vacations and unique activities. Ultra training and cycling seems far to do.
Thankfully i have an understanding wife. While 2 childrens sick in a week, she took care and not forget to cook delicious meals too.
I am happily return from my spell. Happy. And thankfully gained some extra income for savings.
