Erm. Like a melody. Like a flute melody that trapped the kids and the rats in bedtime story. I trapped in the situation where uncontrollably drove to gunung lambak and conquered the peak at 55 mins.
I am happy after worrying about my fitness level. But my body proved my mind wrong.
Ready for ride or badminton or farmhouse weekend.
