Basic Rules in long distance







Here are some basic rules in doing long distance.. 5k, 10k, 15k, 21k or 43k running.

1. Make sure you head up during your run
2. Hands art also important. Speedy swings means speedy run.
3. Use kneeguard as protection of your knee. Ignore this advise if you felt cramp
4. Pump your run from heel.
5. Bring ipod to maintain your run. This will help u avoid you felt bored,
6. Shorten your stride

Update from 2011 lesson: never heel strike but mid or forefoot strike.

Lesson learnt. And i injured many times as cost of this lesson.
