I started out at my home at 745pm after magrib prayer. Eating rice and chicken with less gravy, i headed to gym. 845 pm after changing clothes i started workout.
Begin with squat and dumbell raised from below my crotch i did 50 times, dumbell rise 80 times and when i try to start jack squat, i realized i had hand blister. Ouch.
Wear glove next time please!
I ended my session with 9 min 30 secs 2000m rowing.
Headed to smksj to get my teaching token, i then played double badminton in high volume. I bought 2 racket strings that cost rm 55 and two grips that cost rm 11.

Tired and ended the day with maggi kari. Total time workout. Plus minus 3 hours medium intensity.
Having quadricep pain. And new haircut.
