I`m going to renew my membership for a year in my previous gym. I need to get 75 or 70 kg max for my wedding. Besides, i want to keep fit and make my girlfriend happy.
It`s ok to spend money and time for fitness, then cut off my diet to 2000 calories per day. I need to be serious this time. I absent in training for 2 and half month. Time is running out, less then one year i`ll get married(inshallah). So i need to keep fit like before. Recently my mass is 90kg. Last year, my mass is just 84kg. I believe i can have 18 kilo loss(realistically) with Jorge Crusto`s theory of weight loss.
Important thing is rest, eat calory not fat, and consistent.
