Injury needs rehab. This is 100 percent sure true statement. The eagerness to play cause me to ignore this rule. I used my knee band and play doubles. I minimized the mobility and we won 2 sets over 4. I saw Lee Chong Wei won the semi final in Olympic with the same injury like me using the band. I hope i not deepens the injury.
I`m stubborn. My mother knew that. I slept at 9pm yesterday cause of gave up of my injury. Then, i woke at 5 to jog, without realizing i`m injured, felt suffered 5 mins later and slept again.
For sports lover, injury is our enemy. Do stretchings and warm ups or u will regret.
