Train Smarter, Not Harder

Whether you train for a big race or new personal record, training efficiently is key to reaching your goals. Here are few smart tips to keep you on right track with your training program:

1. Do not risk push yourself too hard and risk injury. Slow and steady will get you there.
2. Balance your hard effort with rest. Improvement comes after days you run hard.
3. Aspect peak and plateau. This happen to every runner maybe a result after training too hard.
4. Be consistent. Sticking to your training routine is key to staying on top of the game.
5. Train your entire body. Cross training and stretching are integral.
